CCR Search offers a percentage of placement fees to Referrers for introductions to executives, hiring managers, human resources, or talent acquisition team members who are not current clients or prospects.
The Referrer's sole responsibility is to make the introduction, and CCR Search will handle all sales and recruiting responsibilities.
Compensation includes 10% of the net placement fee for all hires made within one year of the referred prospect executing a contract with our firm.
The Referrer will be paid 30 days after the CCR Search candidate starts with the referred company.
Cash, check, gift card, or a charitable donation on behalf of the Referrer to a charity of their choice are all payment options for the Referrer to choose.
